Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are permitted on or before February 3, 2026 (two weeks before the conference), minus a cancellation fee of 25% of the registration fee. To request a cancellation refund, please email Lisa Quam at lquam@thefsga.org. Requests for cancellation made after February 3, 2026, are not eligible for refunds. There are no refunds for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.

You may also transfer your registration to another employee in your company without penalty on or before February 3, 2026. To request a registration transfer, please email Lisa Quam at lquam@thefsga.org.

Permissions Policy

By registering for this event, participants agree to receive email communications from FSGA and give permission to FSGA to publish any photographs or videos for educational and promotional purposes without compensation.

Additionally, you give FSGA permission to share contact information (name, title, company, email, and mailing address) with conference sponsors and partners.
